Katy is a PR and communication consultant with over ten years’ experience in corporate communications, strategy and execution.

She supports finance sector clients to build and maintain their reputation through integrated communication campaigns, media strategy, issues management and content production.

Katy has successfully launched new brands into Australia’s crowded financial ecosystem, and worked with established managers to navigate the challenging communication landscape.

She holds strong relationships with clients and with the media, and has built up an in-depth knowledge of the issues that matter most, and to who, now. This means she can identify threats and opportunities for individual clients on a day-to-day basis, and then manage the practical implementation of a campaign.

Before BlueChip, Katy worked in communications and marketing in Australia and the UK, in agencies and in-house. She has experience in asset management, superannuation, insurance, property, healthcare, events and consumer communications. Additionally, Katy has worked in content production for digital, film and print campaigns. Clients have included American Express, HSBC, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Lloyd’s of London.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Media, majoring in writing and public relations, from Macquarie University.
