In October, one of BlueChip’s long-standing clients, the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA), hosted its Inaugural Professionals Congress.
The implementation of FoFA and other regulatory changes have meant significant change to all in the advice industry. The Congress was an opportunity for the planning community to come together, reflect and go away with a fresh perspective and reinvigorated passion for the work they do.
Over two days, attendees heard from an impressive line-up of presenters, including plenary speakers Corporal Benjamin Roberts-Smith (who was awarded a Victoria Cross for Australia) andCarl Richards, with an inspiring keynote speech delivered by consumer and environmental activist, Erin Brockovich.
