Created for marketing, online and channel managers in banking and non-banking financial services, the event aims to help financial services organisations better understand customer preferences and stay relevant as digital channels become the key customer touch-point. Speakers from AMEX, Macquarie, AMP, ING Direct, Telstra, Google and LinkedIn will share their insights.

BlueChip’s own Sophie Halls Anning will speak on the panel discussion ‘Content marketing – changing the engagement from a view to a conversation’. This session will explore effective B2B and B2C financial service companies’ content marketing in light of the Content Marketing Institute 2013 survey, which revealed 86% of B2C and 54% of companies are planning to increase their content marketing spending in 2013.
