Hi Friend,

You'd have to be hiding under a rock to not know about the PR blunder of the year (so far) that was United Airlines.

Not the first for the airline this year, but dragging a passenger off really didn't fly with worldwide customers and media – let alone investors. Their stock plummeted $250 million. Ouch.

For marketers however, the story has another side - how vital PR is to your brand – oh, and don't forget the media training!

Read on for how to build a strong brand, our tips on supporting it through PR, and some light-hearted Friday fun provided by United Airlines themselves.

Best,
Carden
