The Brief
What to do when a financial media client needs financial media presence?
BlueChip Communication was approached to help a high profile media firm to articulate the added value services the company offers to other businesses.
A second objective was to promote the launch of a new superannuation report to a range of customers including SMEs, HNW investors and SMSF trustees. A third was to get 100 bums on seats at an important event.
BlueChip conceived a social media heavy campaign, combining the online world with traditional PR and face to face communication. Engaging people directly via social media channels was the core of our strategy.
The Response
Social media channels Twitter, LinkedIn and blogs were utilised to great effect, led by creating engaging content, co-ordinated to prompt online conversations but also complement the messages promoted via traditional media channels.
Behind the scenes, BlueChip acted as the client’s virtual media relations team, developing content for traditional media channels.
Event management support extended to digital invite design, RSVP management, media kit design and production, speaker briefings, presentation formatting and even hosting guests!
