The Brief
A chief executive operating in the post-GFC world of commercial banking sought bespoke communication guidance. With a previous role as COO, the jump to CEO was not without hurdles. One of these was guidance on personal communication: the art of bringing people on a journey and gaining their permission to lead.
BlueChip took the brief to understand the CEO’s communication strengths and weaknesses, assessing the working environment and CEO’s personal reputation; and build a coaching framework to address specific communication issues while harnessing individual strengths.
The Response
